For the past 3 years, Michael Tressler has been focusing on Microsoft Teams devices training. He has trained thousands of customer and partners on the various aspects of implementing and supporting Teams devices. Michael has been involved with Microsoft UC since the OCS 2007 R2 days, including having published a book on Enterprise Voice. He has spoken at many events, including Commsverse and Comms vNext. He also actively puts out numerous Teams devices videos on his YouTube channel.
Traci has been working in the Unified Communications space for 20+ years. Currently specializing in Skype and Teams Voice and Devices. She is a Microsoft Certified Trainer. Traci did consulting for many years helping customers deploy and migrate to/from different telecom systems. Traci has been working with Teams and Skype since the LCS days and has experience with many different types of voice integrations.
Michael and Traci will talk about Microsoft Teams devices management using Intune, Conditional Access, and other management options. They’ll also be discussing calling with Teams devices.
